Forex? What is it, anyway?

Written by Jimmy on Dec 31st, 2007 | Filed under: Articles, Highly Recommended, Online Money

The market
The currency trading (FOREX) market is the biggest and the fastest growing market on earth. Its daily turnover is more than 2.5 trillion dollars, which is 100 times greater than the NASDAQ daily turnover. (click here to read full market background by Easy-Forex™).

Markets are places to trade goods. The same goes with FOREX. The Forex goods (or merchandise) are the currencies of various countries. You buy Euro, paying with US dollars, or you sell Japanese Yens for Canadian dollars. That’s all.

How does one profit in Forex?
Very simple and obvious: buy cheap and sell for more! The profit is generated from the fluctuations (changes) in the currency exchange market.

The nice thing about the FOREX market, is that regular daily fluctuations, say - around 1%, are multiplied by 100! (in general, Easy-Forex™ offers trading ratios from 1:50 to 1:200). If, for example, the exchange rate of “your” pair of currencies increased by 0.6% in the last 4 hours, your profit will be 60% on your investment! Such can happen in one business day, or in a few hours, even minutes.

Moreover, you cannot lose more than your “margin”! You may profit unlimited amounts, but you never lose more than what you initially risked and invested.

You can implement your choice (the pair of currencies, the volume amount) under any direction to which the market is moving, and yet make profit. It does not matter whether the exchange rate is going up or down: you can always decide to buy Euro and sell dollar, or vice versa - buy dollar and sell Euro. You don’t have to physically possess certain currencies in order to perform “buy” or “sell” with them.

How do I start?
Register (Easy-Forex™ offers the simplest and quickest registration process, no obligation); deposit your first trading “margin” amount (credit cards are welcome, only by Easy-Forex™); start trading.

It can’t be simpler or easier than that. Need help? We’ll provide you with 1-on-1 training and service, as much as necessary (Easy-Forex™ offers real people service, live, in your own language).

How do I trade Forex?
You select the pair of currencies with which you wish to make a Forex deal. You determine the volume (the amount of the deal). You deposit the “margin” (collateral needed to facilitate the deal. Usually - only a very small portion of the whole deal, say: 1% or 1:100).

Before you finally activate the deal, you can still “freeze” it for a few seconds. That enables you to either change the terms, or accept it as is, or altogether regret the whole idea. The “freeze” feature is a unique service by Easy-Forex™.

When your Forex deal is running (you hold an “open position”), you can monitor its status and check scenarios online, whenever you wish. You may change some terms in the deal, or close it (and cash the profit, if any, or minimize the loss, if any). Moreover, Easy-Forex™ lets you determine a “take-profit” rate, with which the deal will close automatically for you, when and if such rate occurs in the market. Meaning: you do not have to stay near your computer when you hold open positions.

Want to know more? Want to get on-line training? Register here (simple, quick, no obligation), we’ll be glad to guide you, every step of the way.

Good luck!

Happy money making on the internet!

Forex trading involves substantial risk of loss, and may not be suitable for everyone.

Yuwie

Written by Jimmy on Dec 23rd, 2007 | Filed under: Internet, Online Money

I’ve joined Yuwie for a few months now, and I’ve never written anything about it because I doubt it at first. But now, everyday I see Yuwie is growing very fast, and its members become more and more everyday, I think it’s time I write about it.

Yuwie is a social websites like myspace and friendster. You can add friends, view your friends’ friends, blog, comment, share photos, just everything like what other social websites do. The only difference is that Yuwie pays you to do your activities.

So, how do you get paid? How much you get paid is based on your page views. Here are what counts as page views:

  1. When anyone views your profile page
  2. When anyone views your blog pages
  3. When anyone views view all your friends
  4. When anyone views view all your comments
  5. When anyone views your picture pages
  6. When anyone views if someone views one of your shared layouts
  7. When you view any of your control panel pages, including but not limited to: settings, messaging, friends, referrals, favorites, etc.

Based on your page views, you can calculate your earnings. Here’s the link to how you can calculate your earnings. For example, my own page views for October is 510, and the Revenue Sharing Rate (RSR) is $0.35, so my earning for October is:

$0.35 X 510 / 1000 X 10% = $0.2

Since I don’t have any referrals yet, that’s all of my earnings for October. If you have referrals, they will count up to 10 levels deep. Each level has its own cut. So for example I already have referrals and from my level 1 referrals I have 1000 page views and from my level 2 referrals I have 500 page views and from my level 3 referrals I have 100 page views, then my earnings would be:

$0.35 X 510 / 1000 X 10% = $0.02 (from my own page views)
$0.35 X 1000 / 1000 X 10% = $0.035 (from my level 1 page views)
$0.35 X 500 / 1000 X 10% = $0.02 (from my level 2 page views)
$0.35 X 100 / 1000 X 4% = $0.001 (from my level 3 page views)
Total $0.076

Not much? Yes, that’s why you have to increase your page views a lot. The best way to get more page views is to add more content to your profile. Leave comments for friends, upload more pictures, and maintain an active blog. All of this activity will cause more people to view more pages on your profile. The more active you are, the more page views you’ll get. Remember, whenever you add something to your profile, all your friends get notified through their friend feed.

There are 2 ways you can get paid: PayPal and Check. PayPal is recommended of course, as it’s instant, and if you use check you’ll be charged $1 fee.

So, in Yuwie, you can make new friends, interact with them, build your social life, and the best part, get paid!

Clockwise or Anticlockwise?

Written by Jimmy on Dec 1st, 2007 | Filed under: Cool Stuff

Take a look at this dancer image.. click here to see the image I don’t display the image here on purpose to avoid confusion.

So, after you see the dancer, do you see her turn in clockwise or anti-clockwise direction? If you see her in clockwise, then you use your right brain more, and vice versa.

Most of us will see her in anti-clockwise direction. Try to focus to change her turn direction to clockwise from anti-clockwise (or to anti-clockwise from clockwise if you see her in clockwise in the first place).

Tips: At first, I also see her in anti-clockwise direction, then I tried very hard to change her turn direction, but it’s really hard, I couldn’t do it. Then I scrolled down my monitor so I can only see her feet and her shadow, from there, it’s easier to change her direction, scrolled up the monitor again and I have changed her turn direction! Try it! :thumb1:

By the way, I’m not lying, the dancer’s direction can really be seen in both clockwise and anti-clockwise direction!
