Nightlife and Entertainments in San Diego

Written by Jimmy on Mar 2nd, 2008 | Filed under: Travelling

After I write about San Diego yesterday, I searched the internet for more information about the city, just for curiousity. And I find a website that can be a guide for me and you about the entertainment and nightlife in San Diego. Hmm.. who doesn’t like night clubs these days? It seems that San Diego has a great nightlife and entertainment for its visitors :)

The website is www.sandiegoclubs.com. You can find many informations about bars San Diego, night clubs, and events for the week. You can also add clubs and events if you have them, not for me of course.

Well, that’s an update about the city I want to visit.. hope to get there soon!

The City of San Diego

san diego
I’ve never been to San Diego, California, but I’ve seen the city in movies, and of course on the internet. I really want to visit San Diego one day, when I go to the United States.

All I know, San Diego is a great and large city, it’s the second largest city in California and the eight largest city in the United States!

Here are some facts I found about San Diego:

  • It lies just north of the Mexican border - sharing a border with Tijuana - and lies south of Orange County.
  • It is home to miles of beaches, a mild Mediterranean climate.
  • It has The University of California, San Diego (UCSD) and the affiliated UCSD Medical Center combined with nearby research institutes in the Torrey Pines area of La Jolla make the area influential in biotechnology research.
  • San Diego’s economy is largely composed of agriculture, biotechnology/biosciences, computer sciences, electronics manufacturing, defense-related manufacturing, financial and business services, ship-repair and construction, software development, telecommunications, and tourism.

The City of San Diego’s strong economy, diverse population, great educational institutions, unsurpassed quality of life, and world-renowned location make it the ideal place to do business, to work, and to live. Because of its highly-educated workforce and mix of high-tech industry and recreational assets, a marketing consortium of high-tech industries has dubbed San Diego “Technology’s Perfect Climate.”

Well, as tourists and travellers who have never been there, they surely will need a guide to San Diego, CA, which I’m sure can be provided by the friendly people there. Wait for me, San Diego!
